With over a decade of rich experience in the hospitality industry, we bring deep expertise across front office operations, sales management, and overall hotel administration. Our journey spans reputed hotels and resorts in Udaipur and Pushkar, where we have successfully handled key roles ranging from Front Office Executive to Sales Manager and Operations Manager.

We streamline operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Currently, we continue to contribute to the hospitality sector with a focus on operational excellence and guest-centric service. Having worked with renowned properties like Udai Kothi, Palm Valley Resort, Aura Boutique Hotel, and Khamma Ghani Hotel, we understand the nuances of luxury and boutique hospitality.

We are a dedicated hospitality-driven organization backed by strong expertise in operations, training & development, and guest relationship management. With a proven ability to lead teams, streamline operations, and execute successful projects, we focus on delivering excellence in every aspect of service.

Our experience includes setting up hotels and resorts, organizing events and festivals, and implementing innovative business models such as zero-inventory operations. With a customer-focused and performance-driven approach, we continuously build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Currently, we are leading operations at Hotel U Connect (A Luxury Boutique Hotel), Udaipur as Sales & General Manager. We run Dhurva Sthanam Hospitality as a hospitality service catering to domestic and international travelers, families, and business guests.
